  • Telescope
  • 80mm lens telescope
  • quick and easy setup without tools
  • equatorial mount with fine drive in height for exact tracking
  • Image erecting optics - ideal for nature and earth observations
  • fully coated glass optics provide clear and bright images
  • 3x Barlow lens - triples the magnification of each eyepiece
  • 5x24 finder scope
  • Accessory tray for eyepieces

This refracting telescope is designed for observing the night sky: If you point the equatorial mount to the north, you only need to track the telescope in one axis to follow the movement of the stars - this is especially convenient at high magnifications, such as you need for observing the moon and planets. It offers more aperture than the 70EQ, so it not only collects more light, but can also resolve smaller details better.

Image-straightening lens systems ensure that you also see upright, laterally correct images in the telescope, as you are used to from binoculars - this is just as helpful when observing nature as it is when looking at the night sky.

The PowerSeeker telescopes
Celestron PowerSeeker telescopes open the door to the magnificent wonders of the universe. They were developed to offer beginners to astronomy an outstanding price/performance ratio.

The telescopes are quick and easy to set up, even for beginners.
You don't need any tools to assemble them!
